What's happening to my fyp?

Ive been super annoyed lately because my fyp, the algorithm, or whatever it is is just super messed up. This started happening to me like a month ago, it was less frequent but now it's worse than ever. I mostly watch things related to art, gaming, and just nicher stuff in general. Now every time I go on the app I get a few good scrolls before I start getting AI videos, movie clips, couple/family content, all stuff I've showed zero interest in. I'm also seeing videos from accounts I've blocked. Basically just think of the kind of fyp when you first download tiktok, just the most boring stuff. I feel like I'm scrolling on YouTube shorts or Facebook. Also occasionally just get chains of advertisements, many of them undisclosed, and I get SO many lives from random people whenever I scroll they've been drowning out actual videos (and it's not like you can ask the app to show less lives when you're scrolling on your fyp). Has this been happening to anyone else, and how do I fix this? Please lmk.
