tiktok softbanning my phone

I have a phone (obviously) and 2 tiktok accounts. I just flew out to Asia, and ever since I landed, whenever I try to use my tiktok app it tells me I have no internet. Whenever I log into that account it also becomes unable to use tiktok. this app is very stupid. i do not like oracle. if anyone has had similar experiences and could assist me that would be great
