I can't unbind the phone number i no longer have access to

I have been attempting this for over 2 days to no avail. to further confirm that my account has been flagged by tiktok, i can't unbind email address either.

some troubleshooting steps i've taken:

- different phones

- different ip addresses

I keep getting that "maximum attempts reached" error message. i've tried to contact tiktok and checked out their FAQ, still stuck. anybody in similar shoes, if you ever got past this, what was your solution? thanks
