Any feedback on my hook?

I'm trying to grow my business on socials and my retention on my videos are on average -

Second 1: 68%
Second 2: 42%
Second 3: 28%

I think because of this, the bottle neck on my business rn is the hook
But I cant seem to figure out what is wrong with the hook

Any feedback on how to improve my hook would be appreciated
