Benches need to be 3' from the curb. The 3rd one if you leaned forward while sitting in it your head is now in traffic.

It’s a good idea but she’s putting them too close to the street.

What could go wrong ? I mean, it's a nice gesture but she will get also in trouble for that if no permits were delivered.

This isn’t a random influencer thing - this is a coordinated direct action campaign to install guerilla public seating.

Be all pissy about permits or whatever, they always try to be ADA compliant and they’re doing more to help than you are.
