Update to previous TikTok issues and Kudos to TikTok for still having human CS

ICYMI, I struggled to unbind phone number and set up 2FA a few days ago. Coming from a certain blue old social media brand next door, I am really appreciative of TikTok's approachable and democratization human CS representative. Unlike the blue brand next door, they do not practise caste tiering onto its userbase and gatekeep human CS behind a paywall. I am really touched by the fact that they indeed checked if my concern has been resolved and not stonewall me with some generic canned response. Thank you TikTok for not hiding behind AI chatbot entirely in this day and age.
