What to do if one comes across a suspicious account?

Whilst scrolling on my fyp a simple jokey video featuring two kids came up. Kind of cringey I guess and I went to the comments and at the top was this random comment. It was like good vibes and pizza emojis and the accounts name was directing to their bio for pizza (but pizza not spelt properly). Going to the actual account they had several videos of which were QR codes, phone numbers, some membership thing.

Could be nothing but well, pizza has I think become this calling card for shady stuff on social media platforms. Plus weird comment to leave on a video featuring kids.

What’s the approach I should take here?
