Tiktok earbud microphone doesn't work?

Galaxy s25 Ultra and Galaxy buds 3 pro. For whatever reason I cannot get the microphone on my tiktok to work through my earbuds. My microphone on my earbuds work for everything else including phone calls Etc but when it comes to using it with tiktok, I get nothing unless I'm holding my phone in my hand. I've checked the permissions it has microphone permissions but it will not work through my earbuds. Does anybody have any suggestions on how to get it to work
