can't log in to account i once made but didn't verify

i once made a tiktok account but didn't verify it. for the past year every once in a while i'll get an email in a foreign (always the same 2 languages) language with a verification code. i usually get the verification code every once in a while.

earlier in the year i tried logging in to the account but from memory it would say the account didn't exist. however when i search the username listed in the emails i get (which i remember creating the username) the account shows and has some randoms following it, with names in that same foreign languages.

anyone know how i can have the account gone for good, or what may be causing this?
