TikTok won't let me see who followed.

Hey! I've been having this huge issue with my account lately. Whenever someone follows me, it shows as if they never did (even if I get the notification they did). My profile and notification center show they didn't, but if I look in their profile they do. It takes minimal of 30mins for it to be normal again, but sometimes it takes 12 hours too. What can I do to fix this?
