I cant save any sticker

Hello, i just woke up today and i tried to save a bunch of stickers but i couldn't, i tried every kind of sticker but i still wasnt able to save any, i tried removing some of my stickers, i also tried reinstalling tiktok but it made all my stickers gone, whenever i try saving any sticker it says "something went wrong, try again later", i even used my alt but the problem wasnt solved.
