How long until a brand new account can go viral?

Hi! I'm working on a new company / concept idea, and essentially want proof of concept before getting into it. I want to build a social media account from 0 completely and then use that following to push out the brand.

Realistically, how much time do you think i need ? Could I do this in a month?
