Is this some sort of Tiktok scam tactic lol?

Just received the most random message request, never interacted with this profile or seen it before.. I have like 3 videos on my page (concerts and my cat) and just a pfp with my cat in it. The profile that's messaged me is private and hasn't followed me and follows 55 people, has 630 followers. I just find this sooo weird and random lol it seems like a scam tactic generic sort of message sent out used to form some sort of fake bond with somebody then later scam them after building up trust.

Thoughts? Scam or not? Has anyone received this message or something similar?
