How can I approach this scam and fraud situation on TikTok?

So, I work for a public figure. More than 2M followers across social media, except TikTok, why?

Because fraudsters are using their image to scam honest people, so my boss closed off their TikTok account.

There are TONS of fake accounts using my boss' videos to manipulate information, offer fake contacts and rip off unaware people with thousands of dollars. To the point of even using AI to create deepfake videos promising to-good-to-be-true stuff.

I created a TikTok account to report these videos and accounts, but nothing happens. The videos are still up, the accounts are still active and innocent people in delicate situations are being scammed big time.

Any suggestions? Have you guys dealt with similar situations?
