Is there a way to restore a deactivated account?

So a few years back I had a TikTok account that had a decent amount of followers. It go shut down after I was reported by somebody (for something I did not do, fyi). Anyway, it had a decent amount of followers on it. I tried to repeal, but TikTok’s “support” is just an AI chat bot that doesn’t work. Even though this happened way back, like 2021-2022 or something, I’ve been thinking about it lately; is there any possible way I could get my account back? Does anyone know? Or is it completely impossible?
