tiktok drafts transfer to new phone

hi everyone! i have an iphone 13 pro rn and just got a 17 pro to upgrade. havent set anything up yet on the 17 pro yet, but am seeing that tiktok drafts no longer transfer to your new phone :( they transferred when i went from an xs to 13 pro so idk what's changed. for most people, they haven't transferred, but for a few people they did transfer. curious to see if anyone has recent experience with this. i have like 800 drafts so uploading them to private will take a while so trying to avoid that if i can!
