no notification

Hello,

My question is that my video was apparently flagged for violatio n but I haven't received a notification about the video to appeal the decision. I posted the video 6 days ago. Has anyone dealt with this before and if so how long does it take to get the notification so I can appeal it. Here is also a screenshot of my conversation with support. Let me be clear I have checked my inbox countless times seeing if I missed anything and I haven't. I checked system notifications several times and nothing is there.
