Concerning live (TRIGGER WARNING FOR 💀🪦)

I was scrolling through tiktok at around 4:25 am like I usually do (08/08/26 if anyone is wondering) and everything was fine up until I came across a live that showed a completely motionless wolf/husky laying in the middle of the road in one of those grass dividers and the comment section was full of mainly people concerned about the animal however the live host would just mute them, call them a list of different insults and then block them, and sure enough when I asked what was up with the pup he muted me said nothing goofy but I know that your watching the next live and boom blocked. I unfortunately didn't get a screenshot because it was so unexpected and stomach turning but I am just wondering if anyone else came across this or something similar and why the hell was this on my tiktok and why is it on tiktok at all? I wish I could have reported him even tho I know it wouldnt do much good but still. This was very disturbing and I hope tiktok or the feds do something about the guy cause that can be very traumatic to some people.
