Need h3lp with the stickers in the comments

if I can tap a sticker, it will show up with the little screen where I can tap "Save to favorites" and I can see them in my "Star tab"

But most of the time I can't tap on them at all, and can only save the comments itself, not the sticker

How do I solve this problem?
