Account recovery

I was recently logged out of my account on TikTok and, see now it’s connected to my number as I js haven’t gotten around to changing it yet and I’ll be honest and say TikTok support is absolutely useless and keeps asking me to verify it’s my account with all these questions I genuinely don’t know how it’s possible to know the answers. It’s asking for the exact month and year my account was created like anybody knows the answer to this. Am I js gonna have to cut my losses and say goodbye? Is there a way to speak to a human?
