Does anyone know if the report feature is effective? I saw something awful on my FYP and it’s still up.

I saw a post on my fyp and it was a video of a pet that drowned and the user was moving its body and it was so gory and awful. I tried reporting it and literally NOTHING. it’s still up. it’s so freaking awful and sad and horrible to look at. Is there anything else I can do to report?
