I have a damn problem.

So.

I've got two tiktok accounts, right?

My first problem is that I can't post thoughts on my main one, while I can post them on the other one. I have NO idea how to fix that.

My second problem, probably the most annoying one, is that I don't recieve any notifications from the app, even tho the notifications are on both in the app's settings and outside of the app.

I already messaged the support quite a few times, the first time I got an answer from a human (possibly) was regarding BOOSTING MY VIDEOS? I don't even POST anything, and I didn't message them about videos anyway. And the rest is just tiktok support asking me to give them more information and provide them with a screen recording. OF WHAT? NOT GETTING NOTIFICATIONS? HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO DO THAT?

Does anyone know how to fix this? I haven't met anyone with the same problem. PLEASE.
