I'm stuck at 0 views and no add to story option

I created an account and after one of my posts blew up, the add to story option disappeared and my views were stuck at zero. I messaged trying to get it fixed, but no solution. Same AI responses.

I used an old account that i had, and had no issue when making posts, then after a video blew up It happened again. I messaged about it and it got resolved like in the same day. Again, one of my videos blew up and then now the add to story option is gone and all interactions on my page significantly dropped. I mean it went from 1k likes a day to two which was like wtf. What do i do to resolve this?
