Deleting and reuploading video

Got rid of a video after two minutes because quality was bad, it was up for 2 minutes then reuploaded 10 minutes later better and got rid of that one after 10 minutes since it did awful at first.

I shaved a second off and reexported the video so it might read as new and changed the cover in my draft how long should I wait to reupload the video? Can I just do it tomorrow or should I wait weeks to give it a legitimate chance? Also is my account going to be cooked now or that video?
