Has anyone made a new account and brought old posts in?

Hi so my account is done because I did the stupid follow for follow thing that flooded my algorithm and even after a year of putting my following under 300 people in my niche and watching and commenting on film influencers my views haven’t returned over 1k views where before I was averaging 1 million.

Has anyone made a new account and reused thumbnails and and posts and was successful?
