How do I enter TikTok Marketplace for product research on desktop?

Hey there,

Thanks for taking the time to read this! I'm able to fully use TikTok Shop's creator features on my mobile phone—but only there. Product research on mobile is tedious, though, and I'd love to access everything on desktop for quicker, easier browsing.

When I try to log in on PC with my TikTok account, I get funneled into a business onboarding process instead: I'm asked to verify my ID, provide company details (I'm a sole trader), and more. On top of that, they ask for a commercial register number—which sole traders in my country simply don't have.

And honestly, why would I need to go through a business onboarding process on desktop at all when I already have a fully working account on mobile?

I've been going back and forth with the support for three weeks now, and they keep giving unrelated, generic responses even though my question is simple:
