Someone is impersonating me but TikTok is inaccessible in my country, what do i do?

I am a creator on Insta and youtube and don’t have a TikTok account as it Is made inaccessible in my country by the government.

I am informed that someone is using my handle with a “1” at the end of it and Is impersonating me. What can i do considering i can’t access the app and unable to even file an official report?
