crashing, white screen, overheating, resetting??

had it happen 2 times today in like 2 hours?? the first time it fully reset my phone and the second time only caused overheat and white screen. both lasted like 2 mins max though so not alot of time

when it happens i also cant do anything like turn the phone off reset or anything of that sort, ive always had the overheat problem but today it suddenly crashes, this is the only app doing this

also the first time it happened the popup "one ui failed to respond" (im aware about what it is) appeared so i have no idea what to do about this since ive never had it happen too
