Anyone else’s videos completely frozen?

This started happening a few days ago and I thought it was just an update thing but even after updating it won’t fix. Videos seem completely frozen at the beginning, no audio playing. The video might move forward if you pause it and then press play again but that only moves it like one frame forward and it’s still static. Everything else in the app is working fine. I cleared my cache, updated the app, even re-installed the app and it still isn’t working.

Anyone else having this problem? Maybe know how to fix it?
