Instant Unfollowing on PC Tiktok

Whenever I try to follow someone on PC Tiktok, It immediately unfollows for some reason. I've tried deleting my cookies. caches, restarting my computer, refreshing, everything I can, but It still unfollows automatically just a few seconds after (I can unfollow but not follow back) can i fix this?
