Cant see reposts

Hi, sorry to have to resort to this but support has been ignoring my requests. Im experiencing an issue where I cant see if my friends have reposted a video on my fyp or search. You know the little popup you get above the creators name on a video, that says "(friend) reposted". It simply doesnt show up on videos I know my friends have reposted, and i have no idea why. Its the same with the Capcut popup you normally get on a video using a template, it doesnt appear. Ive tried deleting cache and reinstalling, but that doesnt fix it. Its only happening on one account, my other account can see reposts just fine. Does anyone have any solution or know whats going on? Its been like this for over a month, and my tiktok is up to date.
