Gruesome AI Ads

Hi all. Has anyone been getting gruesome AI ads? I keep deleting the app and then reinstalling it in hopes that they'll remove them... but after a few minutes, it's those disturbing ads again. Does anyone know how to proceed from here? I've reported it on the App Store but still no response.
