Algorithm is ruined!

My algorithm over the past few weeks or longer has become inundated with Vietnamese adverts.. like 3 or 4 in a row selling or advertising beauty products. I live in northern Ireland and don't speak Vietnamese, have never searched for it. My fyp is plagued, the number of accounts I've blocked, the amount of times I've hit not interested is insane! Anyone else have this happen?! I even went to the effort of making a whole new email and tiktok account to see but it began happening on that one too!! Such a nuisance ! Attached is just only a few accounts I've had to block. I've also tried muting words, hashtags.. everything!
