Has anyone figured out what the “Voted ‘yumleaks on X 🍑’” labels under TikTok comments actually are?
TLDR: I’m seeing TikTok comments from unrelated accounts with the same weird gray “Voted ‘yumleaks on X 🍑*’” label underneath them, including on videos that have no poll. I’m trying to figure out what the label actually means, how these accounts are generating it, and whether it’s being exploited as some kind of coordinated spam tactic*

I’ve been seeing something really strange in TikTok comment sections lately and I’m trying to figure out what is actually happening.
Under seemingly normal comments, TikTok is displaying a gray label that says: “Voted ‘yumleaks on X 🍑’”
The comments themselves are usually incredibly generic — things like 🔥🔥🔥 or “omg she is so cute 🥺” — and I’ve seen multiple unrelated accounts with the exact same “Voted” label underneath them.
What initially caught my attention was seeing a bunch of these underneath viral videos from a creator who openly says she’s 16. I thought the wording “yumleaks” + 🍑 was pretty disturbing in that context.
Then it got weirder.
These tags or what ever they are have started showing up in my comments section on my CATS account (shown in the screen shot)
Is this some kind of spam technique where the “Voted” label is being exploited to advertise a search phrase?
And has anyone figured out why these accounts seem to be appearing in certain comment sections?
I’ve seen other people on Reddit mention the exact same phrase, so apparently I’m not the only person seeing it.
To be clear: I’m not claiming the creators whose videos these appear under are involved in anything. I’m trying to understand what the accounts leaving these comments are doing and what TikTok’s “Voted” label actually represents.
