My replies do not appear in comment sections?

If I make a comment under a post it’s public, but if I reply to anyone else’s comments they don’t appear. None of my friends can see it. It’s been this way for a year, my account is in good standing and nothing I comment is appearing under “filtered comments”, they just aren’t appearing to others at all, does anyone else have this problem
