Temp but not?

Does anyone know what this means? It’s been like this for weeks now and I even switched to another account and still the same problem. I asked chat support and they told me it’s a glitch and it should be okay after a minute or two. I said this has been going on for weeks and it told me to speak to an agent. Anyone else having this specific problem?
