Everything set to 0?

I set up a TikTok account today to share my postpartum running journey. However, everything is showing as 0. I wasn’t expecting views, but even ‘following’ says 0.

Is this a glitch or a new account thing?

I do discuss running while breastfeeding etc. could certain words be flagging my account maybe?
