Tiktok keeps saying this on my Android phone and I've tried a lot to fix it

Self explanatory, everytime I open tiktok and try to save or like a video, it just says this for some reason even when im using my internet, has anyone else had this issue? Are there any fixes? I've done a lot of stuff to no avail like changing the DNS of my phone, doing stuff to my wifi connection, and more.
