Getting into an account?

Hi guys, I’ve been using my alt tiktok account since 2020, and recently lost access to it. Dumbass 16 year old me probably used a false email, and now I have no way to get back in. I emailed tiktok and have gotten no response, I have an account that I can access that is clearly the same person, I’m trying to become a teacher and cannot have my college videos on public. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to get in? Or have a way to make an account private?
