Location?????

So today I opened TikTok to discover my COUNTY (crossed out for privacy) is now in the tabs alongside my fyp and shop. I went to try to see if it was turned on, which everything is OFF. I found this section in the settings on TikTok, so I cleared it (and why is it saying my name??). I checked my actual location information on my phone and it’s off too. What the fuck?? Why is my direct location being shared with TikTok to the point where my COUNTY has a tab??
