Bidding restricted after Tiktok Shop seller got shut down

Hi guys, I occasionally like to join the tiktok live auctions and bid on items, but recently about 10 of my orders were canceled due to the shop being shut down by tiktok.

I did not cancel these orders myself, there was no issue with payment, I never requested the cancelation. The shop was deactivated.

But now Tiktok is telling me that due to canceled orders, I am no longer allowed to participate in the live auctions. It says to “bid responsibly” as if I was the one who canceled the orders.

The tiktok AI support bot is giving me the run around and every time I open a chat to speak to a live rep, they go silent and then end the chat.

Does anyone have any idea what to do about this? Am I permanently restricted from bidding because the shop was shut down?
