Why tiktok doesn’t push my videos?

I have few videos with length of 8-12 seconds with 30-50% people ending the video. Average watch time is 6-9 seconds on those videos. They have at least 10 likes each, few shares, comments and saves. And idk why tiktok stops them around 300 or 400 views (except one got around 700 views)
