right so i was just scrolling on tiktok with my normal fyp and suddenly it's basically wiped out and all i'm getting is videos of the country i'm in and repeated videos of like 2 creators? as in i scroll onto one of their videos, i scroll again and it's another video of theirs again, ans like that for at least 5 scrolls. yes i have updated the app so i'm confused? this is happening on both my accounts so idk what's happening
This has been happening to me too. I only get videos from either my country (eve though my fyp is usually in English) or stuff I'm not interested into
Yo I got a similar issue. Thx for sharing it. Heres my situation: this morning TikTok works fine (international version). Now it does not work (btw I'm in china). I think they launched a new update recently and theyre being much more strict now with regions. So because they decided to check the regions n stuff, they realised I'm in China and cut the connection themselves. Also explains why I can load some videos but cannot open their comments or scroll further than a certain part.
