Why does every single TTS voiçe say "This voiçe is for personal use only"?

Doesn't that imply that there are other téxt to spéech voiçes that aren't personal use only? Because then why does EVERY SINGLE téxt to spéech voiçe says this exact message when you clìck on it? Wouldn't it just be better if there is a static label saying "Voiçes are for personal use only"?
