Anyone else having problems with dm's?

yesterday all of a sudden it was not letting me send any dm's but people were still able to message me. Then a good few hours later, I was able to DM people as normal again for a few hours.

Then this morning I wake up to a "multiple comm vios" notif and nobody can message me and i cant message back either. the account notifs is showing as having dm and group access being taken away due to spam and deceptive behaviour but ive done nothing of the sort. Only message 2-3 people in there and in a couple quiet group chats and thats about it.

I seen yesterday a lot of people had the dm issue and it looks to have fixed itself for a few, but mine seems to have gotten worse now! I have appealed but showing as still being in review several hours later
