Spam warning and can’t comment?

I believe I got a warning for “spamming” and they don’t show my past and future comments. I did not realize this until YESTERDAY and I have been replying to people under my account and realized they couldn’t even see it (yet it shows for me so I thought it sent when it in fact did not). A few people thought I was outright ignoring them and playing in their faces by liking the comment and not replying. I sent an request and even asked their-system. They told me to clear cache and redownload which I did and nothing worked. What do I do?
