I litterally cannot repost

I was in another country (Jamaica) departing from Toronto, and about 2 days into my trip, my ability to repost just disappeared. No options to repost show and the thing I can do is tap on my friend's repost, only to be greeted with the button missing (picture attached) anyone know how to aid me, I just landed back in Toronto.
