Issue in tiktok stories

Hi, I started creating content but I would like to upload some stories and add a lin k to it. Like instagram, you upload a story and put a external lin k maybe to youtube but I do not have the option.

I have watched tutorials where they have it, but I dont. Does anybody knows the reason?
