Anyone else been unable to edit their profile?

For several weeks, I've tried updating my photo and bio. It always says that I've edited too many times today when I actually haven't made changes in months. I try every few days to no avail. I did report the bug to TikTok with screenshots of the error message. I have tried in the browser and that also gave me the same message. Is anyone else experiencing this?
