For people who post on tiktok acting weird for anyone else the last 24 hours?

So yesterday I uploaded a video and it refused to give it a sound even though people watching it could hear it and I could as well it refused to attribute a sound to the video which makes it so i can't post the video on a story hours (atleast 7 hours) later they got sounds and despite a great like to view ratio tiktok refused to push it after 15 mins. Today I posted another video great retention rate. I got 10 likes within 5 mins of uploading a comment and then it just stopped after 40 views which is so odd never had a video preform that poorly usually its a decline but it was an abrupt stop in views literally 6 minutes later and no views since. Is anyone else noticing this? I mean i dont expect videos to be hits always but all the statistics are great and video uploaded few days ago and older videos are getting a few hundred likes everyday still but new videos just do not seem to be on fyp ever since this bug happened.
